Buyers may be liable for loss in value of the item if it’s returned in a different condition from which it was received, or if the item is not packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment.
In the event that an item is returned used or damaged, No refund will be give.
When returning an item you should always get a proof of postage
If the item has a total cost of £450 or more it will need to be returned with a signature confirmation.
